VENDOR NOTE:
Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. We will not accept more than one of each professional company sales (ie Young Living, Mary Kay, Tupperware). We reserve the right to refuse any application. Merchandise must be available for direct sales.

Optional Booth Explanation *

Check-In/Setup is Saturday, November 11th from 6:30-8:30am. You need to be 100% set up by 8:30. Do you agree to that? *

Event Hours are Saturday, November 11th 9am-1pm. We ask you to have your booth open and ready at those times, no tearing down early, unless otherwise arranged. Do you agree to that? *

Acceptance Terms:
Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.

Booth Specifics:
You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables and chairs. Because this event is outside, we require a popup canopy and weights. Please let us know if you need help getting these items.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that a vendor needs to cancel, fees will be refunded in FULL if notification is received before November 1. If weather causes event cancellation, full refunds will be made.

Responsibility Policy:
You agree that you will not hold the event venue/organizers of Revive Craft Fair and Fundraiser responsible for any personal injury, damages, thefts or shortages.

We reserve the right to remove any vendor or buyer we consider disruptive or operating in an unsafe manner. *

RAFFLE REQUEST
We will be having a raffle to support the Revive Foundation. Vendors are asked to donate an item valued $10 or more. Tickets will be available for sale. It is Veteran's Day, so ALL VETERANS WILL RECEIVE A FREE ENTRY.
